What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Are the vinyl records and merchandise officially licensed?
Yes, all products sold on the Aesop Rock Store are 100% official merchandise and authorized releases, ensuring the highest quality and support for the artist.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be altered.
